3M (NYSE: MMM) reported its first quarter 2026 earnings results today.
Sales were $6 billion, up 1.3% year-on-year. Organic sales were down 1.4%.
GAAP EPS of $1.23 was down 40% while adjusted EPS of $2.14 was up 14% year-on-year.
For full-year 2026, the company expects adjusted total sales growth of around 4%, reflecting adjusted organic sales growth of around 3%, and adjusted EPS of $8.50-8.70.
